Notwithstanding the preceding, WHSPL will provide the following personal information of Healthcare Professionals ("HCPs") to HCPs, its subsidiary companies and organizations, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical companies when it has business reasons to do so. If WHSPL receives a request from the concerned person, it will take reasonable action after confirming its identity.
    1. Information Items: Name, email address, business office, business address, business telephone, title, graduation year and college, year of practice, membership of the academic and professional society, etc.
    2. Method of provision: Verbal, writing, electronic processes.
    3. Control of Personal Information: WHSPL will maintain and control personal data accurately and securely. It will also prevent loss, damage, falsification, leaks outside the company, and unauthorized external access and undertake strict security measures to manage personal data safely.
